Fleet River Walk

Geoff will guide us along the path of the River Fleet from St Pancras to the River Thames at Blackfriars, with many stopping points along the way including Old St Pancrass Church, the former  Mount Pleasant Sorting Office, the ‘Clerks’ Well’ in Clerkenwell, Saffron Street, Smithfield Market and Holborn Viaduct to Blackfriars. It’s about 3 miles of walking, an hour without stopping!

There are many options to extend the walk from there, and maybe a visit to the Sky Garden.

We’ll gather at 10.45 am at the exit from St Pancras Station heading across Pancras Road toward King’s Cross.  From St Albans that would mean taking the 10.01 train.
